Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The item must include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts that came with it.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Digital products (eBooks, downloadable content, or online courses).
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable.”

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization – We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your item.

  4. Processing – Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • To request an exchange, email us at christiansoldier715@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and order details.
  • If the exchange is approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process outlined above.
